Our Project Management frame is distributed across five different process groups- Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control and Closure.

Initiate and Closure mark the beginning and end of the Project, Plan, Execute and Monitor & Control are continuous iterative process that will be well orchestrated to project objectives.

Projects will be planned, executed and controlled with the constraints of Cost, Quality, Time and Scope. The other knowledge area will help Project Manager to steer the Project through constraints to successful closure.

We establish and manage the project and the involvement of the relevant stakeholders according to an integrated and defined process that is tailored from the organization’s set of standard processes.
